Heart Month

This February, we celebrate Heart Month! A time to look at our heart health with a critical eye. Let's invest in the health of our heart!

To ensure that you too are well informed on how to boost your heart health, here are 5 tips:


1. Exercise a lot - Exercise strengthens the heart muscle!
2. Make sure you eat a healthy and balanced diet - plenty of fruits and vegetables are important.
3. Reduce your consumption of salt - too much salt negatively affects blood pressure.
4. Give up smoking - Nicotine constricts the blood capillaries.
5. Take preventive medical checkups.
